What a nice thought! These type of visuals are great for me in setting goals and watching them come into being. And, boy, have I planted some interesting seeds this year!

I have just purchased a multi station gym machine. The family are really loving it, and its something that I actually use - I like weights.

So now I might actually start eating better, and measuring my weight and see it go down

Been rather stationary for a long time.
