Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | HOPE these help: Choose nutritious low-fat, low sugar foods rather than empty calorie junk foods. Eat your protein first, then move to a veggie if you have room and last a carb food Do not overeat or allow yourself to feel too full. Chew food thoroughly and put fork down between bites.
