Talking My scale has finally moved!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great news girls, my weight was plateauing for the past 2 weeks without any hesitation, in fact I gained 3.3 lbs during that time then have lost them again back to 308. But today, I weigh 306 For last eeewwwwffffff!!!!!!! I hated myself so much for the last couple of weeks. I had this stress and some other ones but I feel great now although it's a little change!.
Friday is my old folks day, so the whole family gathered yesterday and it was Woww from everyone "you've lost weight from last week we saw you" hehehehe this is really falttering I like to hear this comment so much
Anyway, I think I got what made my body hording the weight. It's water and protiens.
I increased my water intake and also take whole bran toast only once a day for the breakfast and then zip the carbs for the entire day. Take protiens as much as I can as chicken, ground beef, cheese (it's hard to find low fat mozirela over here so I eat the normal ones), tuna fish with lemon.
I'm doing great so far. I also walk 30 min's 3-4 times a week

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

OH DOODY im so glad you broke the plataue!
FOR the best looseing eating less carbs more
protein and sipping your water and sugar
free drinks thru a day will keep your body
in an awesome fat burning mode. ITS a balance
that takes some getting used to.

ALSO eating the protein foods will keep you
fuller longer and you will also eat less!
I am glad to hear your feeling well
and im sure people are seeing the differences.

I know twoterville is just around the corner for you
and your gonna be announcing this grand entry
very shortly.

((HUG)) and keep up the great work
of your new tool.

Hey, that's good news for sure, congratulations!!
Remember the next time you seem to stall, it's your body taking the time out to readujust to the next stage. The fact that your family is noticing your losing inches (or centimeters in your case) it evidence that you are losing, even if the kilogram numbers are not moving.
So long as you are doing right by your eating, you will get to where you need to be.
(((((((HUGS))))))))) May your journey go well.

Talking Wow....LUCKY You!!!!

Wow...field trips to SE England...and the South of France....ALRIGHT!! That sounds wonderful....well....I'm jealous!!

I am going to take pictures tomorrow too!! I just pray that I will be able to see the difference. I did have a little "victory" today....
I put on a pair of crop pants from last spring.....that gradually got a little tighter...I thought they were shrunk in the wash!

Well...today I slipped them on...and WOW...they were a little loose. They actually were easy to button and zip...and the legs were loose. I was soooo thrilled. I can't believe it! I'm excited...
Just thought I'd let you knwo....

love you..... :* talk to you soon...I'm soooo sleepy it's 1:15am!!!
