| One of my new favorites!
I just tried for the first time today the Atkins Protein Bar -- the Fudge Brownie -- and OH MY GOSH was it DELICIOUS! 11g of protein only 1g of sugar -- it was absolutely FANTASTIC. I can't wait to try the other flavors. We got them at Sam's so they didn't cost as much and I am hooked! It was like having a candy bar but yet, none of the problems! If you haven't tried them, I highly recommend them!!

MMMM, sounds wonderful! Are you using it as a snack or a meal replacement? I just may have to go to Sams this weekend!

I think that I am going to look into some of this stuff tomorrow. I tend to get that hungry feeling at work about 9-10 am. I have my breakfast at 5:30.

They're really low in carbs and fats as well, that's why they're so great. I just had the Chocolate Peanut Butter one and it was just as good. Only 150 Cal; and 3.5g fat, so definitely good for you as well. I use it as either a meal or a in between snack (like today) when I don't think I've gotten quite enough protein yet. And yes, sticking one in the purse to carry, just in case is a great idea because it is a meal in itself.

| Thanks for the tip~! I wondered when I could eat them but I guess it'd be ok, my surgery was before yours. They would be so convenient.

It takes me a while Lezly, but I can eat a whole pure protein bar (I use it as meal replacement for breakfast a lot!) I haven't tried the Atkins bars....
