Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Good luck! I'm on day 3. First 2 days were surprisingly easy (until last night). One suggestion = don't exercise strenuously, I rode by bike for 5 miles yesterday and felt very weak and dizzy. Kyle |

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Not to be too nosey but Ker-Ber arnt you still early out. I dont think that anyone who is less than like 18 months out is supposed to be doing this. Doc said that this reset thing is for people who are years out. I am concerned that you just had surgry on October 1st and its way too early out. |

| Super Moderator | Kerr-Bear, you are much much too early out to deviate from your surgeon's instructions and eating plan. Please do NOT do this 5 day reset, but keep to your surgeon's eating plan. Right now, your pouch and insides is still healing, so doing something other than your surgeon's instructions can be harmful. Your weight loss is going very well considering you are only a month or so out, and this is also the time that you will experience your first noticiable stall if you are stalling. This is all part of the normal post op course. You will lose in humps and bumps, and not in one fell swoop. You need to get used to this bumpy ride. ((((HUGS)))) You are doing very well.

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | SORRY KERR bEAR I DO AGREE WITH OTHERS HERE THAT THIS PLAN IS FOR PEOPLE THAT HAVE BIG TIME "FALLEN OFF THE WAGON"... ITS not for speeding up weight loss. YOUR to new to use this program without clearance of your surgeon. PLEASE eat as you should for your early stage. i AM 2.5 YEARS OUT AND DOING THIS BECAUSE i dont eat as i was taught early out and i need to get back on track and eat the basics to maintain and keep on track sorry no offense meant here just concern some.

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Kerr Ber you will do fine. As I say its a roller coaster ride. There are highs and lows to this thing. I know it seems like things are slow at first but they do pick up. Its a ride thats for sure but in the end its so worth it. Just hang tough and the pounds and inches will be coming off. |
