Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Im like the other ladies I have stayed away from the crabs. When I go italian I get some type of chicken and then a bit of salad and works for me. The only time I have put pasta in my mouth is to test it for my family to see if its done while its cookig and then I ususally spit out after. For me carbs are the monster so I just stick as far away as possible. Pasta use tobe one of my favorites before surgery too. |

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | spaghetti seems to swell up badly for me, plus I get that bad carby/dump feeling after where all I want to do is pass out! italian places have tons of other stuff besides pasta to eat though! even now at so far out I stick with ordering from the appetizers menu when going out and just kind of pick at stuff...concentrate on the enjoyment of being out with friends!
