Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | I've tried slimfast, NOT. I like the Myoplex Lite, but OMG, its way expensive. I just ordered the 42 protein shots from IDS, they're over $2.50 each. What is everyone using?

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Do you mix it with anything? Can you make a few portions for your day or does it get yucky.

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | I use something from Walmart too. I think the name is body fortress. I get the vanilla flavor. In the beginning I used chocolate soy milk lite with it, but now I just use ff skim milk, but sometimes I'll add a little sf coffee creamer to mine to spice up the taste. |

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | I use the EAS Vanilla from Walmart as well. I mix one scoop with 4 oz of milk and add a tsp of SF Hersheys Chocolate/Strawberry Syrup. YUMMMMM 4oz is so much easier than 8 oz!! And the taste really is not that bad at all. |
