Default breakfast ideas

Hi everyone. I am on pureed, moving to soft next tuesday. I've had eggs for two days and protein pudding this am. I know I can have yogurt. Just wanted to see if anyone had any great ideas. I am so not a breakfast eater, need help in this area.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I to am on the pureed diet. How about cottage cheese. I am going to try cream of wheat with cinnamon and splenda brown sugar this morning. I will probably have a little yogurt or cottage cheese also so get some protein.
I have been having orange creamsicle protein shake blended with fruit. I freeze skim milk in ice cube trays and add some of those as well. IT IS AMAZING. I feel like a child who is aloud to have a milkshake for breakfast. I had no idea you could make a protein drink so yummy.

I do the sugar free oatmeal sometimes....or yogurt....or a protein bar. You probably won't be able to finish a protein bar early out....but I did the yogurt and oatmeal in my 2nd and 3rd week!
