Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | I hope you are feeling better today. I have had mashed potatoes a few times and I only tried about 3 to 4 Tablespoons. I usually put meatballs and gravy over the potatoes or my sweet sour cabbage over the potatoes. I liked sweetsour foods before surgery and I still like them now after surgery. I think since my surgery I only had potatoes 5 or 6 times and they agree with me real good I have no problem with them.

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Mashed potatoes where the first real food that I ate and it went well and I ate them quite a bit in the begining stages but I do know that sometimes I tended to eat them too fast and that didnt always sit well. Maybe that is what happened to you. But then again you just may deal well with mashed potatoes. I dont do well with pizza at all. I guess we all might just have our devils that dont agree with us. |

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | They litterally kept me alive for weeks. Potatoes of any kind was the only thing I could keep down most of the time. I was scared I was gonna get potato poisning LOL. Im sure i would have to eat alot more than I did but they were a blessing to me litteraly. |
