I buy my protein pudding from netrition.com and it comes in little cans and it comes in vanilla, banana cream and chocolate. The pudding has 20 protein and only 2 carb. What I do sometimes when I am hungry for the pudding I use the carb free whip cream that comes in a can and it is tasty and full of protein. I did more of it early out and do it every once in a while now. I know my daughter eats alot of that. She says it is so easy to take to work and eat it. The name of the pudding is Instone Stallone. I buy it by the case becasue it is much cheaper that way.

Muscle milk makes one too- but I have to thin it with milk. It is super thick and feels like paste in my mouth! (but with milk it's fine)

"Instone" from GNC is good. Tastes just like "Thank You" pudding from when I was a kid! It's lactose free and 2 bucks for 8 oz. which = 20 gm protien. Get it at GNC in 4 pks or single cans. . I can vouch for choc  Comes in Van, choc, Bannana though.

My neighbor swears by this stuff: Instone High Protein Pudding, 24 Cans - Healthy Snacks - Protein/Energy Bars - A1Supplements.com
24 cans in a case for that price so it's not TERRIBLY expensive...but still pricey. She suggests getting two cases at once as it doesn't all have to be refridgerated at the same time and the shipping is still the same. I've tried the chocolate and it's tasty.

I noticed that the maker of Instone is in the process of being sold and item is being discontinued. Man I hate it when this happens - reminds me of my chewy calcium bites- still mad they stopped making them!!
