Thumbs down Stuck again!

Ok, I need to vent... Ahhhh I'm stuck again! I hate when I stop losing! I have been at a loss of 75 pounds for 2 weeks!! I am exercising (eliptical 30 min and weights 20 min) and eating right! This part sucks! I am no where near my goal. Any suggestions on how to speed the loss? I know being stuck for a while is part of the process, but if anyone has any good ideas???? Thanks for letting me vent!

Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Check tou your inches and clothes. You should be losing there, when the scale isn't moving.
Your body needs time to adjust and catch up, blanace things for you to lose and stay healthy despite the drastic weight loss--75lbs in 4 months is drastic, you know.
(((((HUGS))))), the scale will move again when the time comes.

First Off Hun You Just Had Your Surgery In October So Dont Think This Stall Means The End You Are No Where Near The End. Just Your Body Taking A Break And You Losing Inches. You Have Already Lost Half Your Wt In Such A Short Time Which Is Great So Be Patient The Rest Will Come Off As Well. Remember We Didnt Gain This Wt Over Nite So We Will Not Lose It Over Nite. There Are No Tricks Except Just Working The Tool By The Rules And The Rest Will Fall Into Place

I am with the ladies in the stalled area. I think its because we all think that there is no loss unless the scale moves and says so. Its even re-enforced with our docs who weigh us when we go to appointments, well at least mine. I wish they would not only weigh us but take measurements too.

I am with the rest and I am at a stall for two weeks now. We were in Fargo yesterday and we walked so much yesterday. We went from one big store to the next big store which involved so much walking. We left for fargo yesterday morning at 6:30 in the morning and we got to fargo at 9:30 in the morning and we went from one store to the next until 3:00PM, for my husbands doctor appointment, and then right after the appointment around 4:30 we went back to superwalmart and walked threw that store again and then we went to Jamestown and walked threw the grocery store there. We got home at 9:00PM. Well my legs and thighs hurt so bad last night and today I am stiff. So today I am not going to do any excercise and am going to start again tomarrow. Well I got on the scale this morning and figured after all that walking I should have lost something, well not one single pound. But I do have to say that some of my cloths are loser than before. So I hope the inches keep going off and that makes me feel better about the stand still and that I am losing the inches. So just hang in there the scale will start moving again.

Kitty, I also know that sometimes the day after you exercise a lot like that, the scales won't move because your muscles are tight and stuff from working them. Sometimes, it takes a few days to be able to see the difference. You are doing a terrific job!!!
