i can only eat half toasted really really dark but they dont taste any different than the real ones to me and it says something about added fiber and whole grains. hmmmm. does everything come in 100 calorie now?

i can only do half, and it has to be toasted as dark as possible. i cant do untoasted breads at all. which is sad because i use to throw any and everything on a roll lol.

I have found these 100 cal packs very useful when I am out running around doing errands, and then if I have to have something to get by till I get back home I have one, and avoid fast food that way.

yep. i like them. its just enough sometimes too much. but i know even if i do polish off the whole pack its 100 calories. i dont have to guess you know? lol. i think they are great for us. perfect pouchy size snacks lol. pre-op they use to make me mad. it was like a cruel joke. but they satisfy me for the most part now.
