I haven't since the last month of going to doc appts weighed and had felt frustrated at the number. Now the testosterone has bulked me which I don't mind...the doc have NOT said to lose weight;..that's always interesting since they used to AWAYS say to lose some..
But I got up tonight (night off) and cleaned house in the middle of my day (2am lol) and I'd but the digital scale in the kitchen..it save all the info for 4 pple. Well I get on and keep saying..."What do you say? don't get caught up in the numbers, don't get stuck on that, look at healthy and size instead" and looked down?!? got off, back on 2 times and then save the number..7.2 lbs down! wow
I'd decided at Christmas time to start making one change a week and joined the toning part of tan and tone to get some toning strength, after getting cleared by the PT first of course! 3-4 times a week I go and do both..tone then tan...Then changed one food thing, 2 weeks later one more food/drinking habit...and have added my ab work outs back in but only at 2 times a week..can't do the old way of 600 a day! lol but at 280 total...and now this week one time a week one short squats and lunges set.
I often will do lunges at work as I sit at dispatch a lot and get stiff/sore from it because I'm cold all the time!!! I keep a thick fleece blanket with me all the time...lol
It was VERY encouraging as number-wise, frankly I'd been kind of down. But happy in almost all other areas of my life!!!
Now I just need to apply this 'technique' to the money management in my life!!!
