Hey guys, I just wanted to share something that I found in the local paper...I havent been able to find it yet in the stores, but really want to give it a try!! They come in Ranch, Bleu Cheese, Thousand Island and Caesar Parmigiano. If anyone can find them and try them before me, please let me know.

Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.

Ive Been Sooooooooooo Hooked On Balsalmic Vin And Olive Oil. Im Not Much For Salad Dressings. Once In A While I Do Get In The Mood For French Dressing Or Catalina. I Do Like To Dip Raw Veggies In Ranch Dressing Though

Oh Sherrie, thanks so much. Things are so very hectic here! We are still trying to get things taken care of, that is why I really havent been around too much and will update once we know something...hopefully before next week!

Yeah Edie...I have always loved everything with ranch. I have just recently gotten into Ketchup though~30 plus years not touching ketchup because I didnt care for the smell of it and now since surgery, I eat it! LOLOLOL

Try making a vinagrette with 1 tbs dijon mustard, 1/4 cup red wine vinegar, 1/4 cup EVOO, garlic powder or fresh garlic, onion powder, salt and pepper.

I Love Olive Oil. So The Other Day I Went Out And Bought The Extra Virgin Kind Because I Heard The Darker The Oil The Better And They Suggested Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Well I Have To Say It Really Has Such A Terrible Taste!!!! I Think Ill Stick To Extra Light
