A fue weeks ago I called my insurance company because i had some questions to ask them about me being intersted in going for RNY and some other doctor appt. I had to take care of. Well the moment i mentioned I was considering going for RNY. The woman stoped me and tells me " well i will tell you i was going for it and let me tell you. You need a lot of documentation and you need this and that and they denied me" well mine me but I was thinking "why the **** do i care what you think and i will make shore i have the documentation and this and that !" JUST AMSWER MY ?'s so at the time i was a little mad.can I tell ya the negetive things she told me are racking my brain now and makeing me feel like a crazy lady. I gess this is a little vent for me to get this of my chest: (lissen lady at united Health care im going go to my appts. I'm going to keep calling and bugging you with my endless questions because i know how you insurace companys if you get the chance like to screaw us over you will and i will have all my paper work and pre-testing and you will be paying for it so thank you for bursting my self of steem. hugs and Kiss me  Thank you every one that made me feel so much better thats been buging me for a fue weeks and i Have not told anyone and it feels so good to get it out has anyone else ran into this roodness? I love this form already (  I hope is ok to vent on here )ash

Do me a favor ok next time you call UnitedHealth Care and speak to them, if they get rude ask to speak to a supervisor that is well educated in the Baratric Field. Then make her tell you the guidlines and if you have a benefit for it. Write it down! The names. The day. The Times. Relay it all back to your Drs. office and let them work on them a while. |
