Weight Loss Method Aitkens | I was just wondering how much hassle people may have had with BC/Bs of PA. I'm switching to this ins in March 08 in the hopes of getting approval for surgery. Right now I have Keystone and they will not budge on saying yes. They don't care how overweight you are or what other complications you may have the answer is NO COVERAGE!

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | NO sure if this helps you any...BUT i was Empire BS/BC PPO...and my approval was fast and simple all handled by my surgeon. I think the type of plan with your BS/BC might matter as well. GOOD luck and perhaps someone can tell you from their personal experience. I do believe my plan does now require the six months supervised diet that i didnt have to go thru pre op.

Weight Loss Method Aitkens | thanks fr1endly2 for the feedback. I guess I'll just have to wait until March and see what happens. In the mean time though I am going to do the 6 mo sup diet just in case that way I'll be a step ahead of the game. Thanks again
