Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | I think its sounds yummy but i would recommend for our surgery patients here to use SUGAR free HONEY! we recently had a thread discussing honey! I used to early post op when i did more shakes add sugar free cocoa, fruit and sugar free syrups to my shakes to make them taste better. I would use the blender and crush ice in them as well. thanks for shareing it with us HANADI
