Lightbulb Wanted to share this smoothie recipe with you gals :)

A Super Smoothie
Finally, a fudge-and-fruit treat you can eat...without the guilt.
Sure, it tastes like chocolate-dipped bananas. But this smoothie keeps you heading towards your dream weight. Try it for breakfast or as a midday pick-me-up. For a little extra zip, dust with cinnamon.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups very cold nonfat milk or soymilk
1/2 cup soft silken tofu
2 ripe medium bananas, frozen and cut into 1-inch chunks
2 tablespoons unsweetened natural cocoa powder
1 teaspoon agave nectar or honey
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

To Prepare:
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Yield: 3 cups; four (3/4-cup) servings
Serving Tip: Pour leftover servings into small plastic bags and freeze. When ready to serve, thaw a frozen portion slightly and remix in the blender.
Nutritional Values: Fat: 2 g, Carbohydrates: 22 g, Protein: 6 g, Calories: 119 kcal

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I think its sounds yummy but i would recommend for our surgery patients here to use SUGAR free HONEY! we recently had a thread discussing honey!

I used to early post op when i did more shakes add sugar free cocoa, fruit
and sugar free syrups to my shakes to make them taste better. I would use the blender and crush ice in them as well.
thanks for shareing it with us HANADI
