Here is the recipe I promised you if they are good. Well, are they ever YUMMYYYYY. They are so good and fudggy and really do not know why they got fudggy, I am thinking it is the cream in it. These are just out of this world for flavor. I am stilll going to expierment with them to make them other ways and to add more protein into it without losing the flavor and texture. So here is the recipe.

Chocolate NoBake Cookies

1 cup splenda
2 T. baking coco
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup milk (I used 2%)
3 T. cream (I use No Carb cream)
1 cup quick cooking oatmeal
3 T. medium size coconut (I order my coconut that is low carb.)
3 T. Peanutbutter
1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Mix the sugar and the coco real good and then add the milk, butter and cream. Bring to a full rolling boil and then boil for one minute. Then take off burner and add the peanutbutter and mix till melted and then add coconut and oatmeal. Mix well and last of all I add the vanilla protein powder and mix well and then drop by spoonfulls onto wax paper. Let cool.



Once it was cold I put the cookies onto a tray and put them into the fridge becasue they would not get hard on me, they stayed fudgy, but that is ok becasue they are soooo good like this. If they do not get hard in the fridge what I might do from now on is put them into a small cake pan and keep them in the fridge and eat them that way. Next time I am going to put in two scoops of protein and I might try different flavors, like the taffee and the cho. peanutbutter proteins I have. If any of you have some ideas I sure would love to hear them and I sure will try some other ideas if you have some. I added up the carb. and Protein to these cookies. I got 16 cookies from this patch. 6 carb. & 3 protein per cookie.
They are very filling for me. And these are going to be a treat for me when I am hungry for something sweet, in fact they are less carb. then my sugarfree candies. I think my cookies are more healthy then the sugarfree candies.

When I make them again I will take some pictures of them and then I will post them, I have a few ideas of how to put more protein into them and am not sure they will be good but I am going to try them. I had two of them last night that I had made and they are still gooy in the frig. I sure can get hocked on them but I have to remind myself that I am only eating them if I crave something sweet.
