Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | This is what i am making for supper tonite, it is really good and it has 28g protein per serving 1 1/2 # ground beef 1 c. chopped onion 1 c. celery 1 c. uncooked pearl barley 2 1/2 c. water 1 TBS. chili powder 1/2tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper 1 can (28 oz) whole tomatoes 1...cook ground beef, onion and celery 2...stir in rest of ingr., break up tomatoes. Heat to boiling, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 1 hour very yummy and easy to make!!!
