Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

You might try cream soups. Mashed potatoes. Refried beans. I am sure others have ideas and will post them later. Good Luck...I hated the pureed stage and actually skipped ahead to soft things I could mash with a fork.

Hey!
I have been eating:
eggs
edam cheese
lite cottage cheese
cruskits (a long thin wheat cracker type thing)
hummus
99%fat free milk
vegemite
mince (blended even more and chewed very well)
mashed/almost runny potatoes
bit of broccoli
pureed fruit like apples
baby custard varieties
weight watchers jelly
weet-bix (1/4 of a bar)
protein shake
banana
ummmm......what else? I think thats basically it so far.
Have tolerated it all no worries, (except for having the mince a little early, but that was due to swelling, had some yesterday, was fine)

I hope this helps!

The cottage cheese is a great Idea. What ever Kind you like best. For me only Breakstone worked.

Tuna with the mayo was great.

Mashed Potatoes was my life saver for months.

Sugar free ice pops was a god send. I stuck one in a bowl and sucked on it.

Remember you will be eating such tiny amounts of these foods so have you some containers ready to save them in the fridge for the next meals. You have offically become a cheap date as my hubby calls it.

lmao, aint that the truth! hahaha... I am about to throw away a whole bunch of stuff because I didnt freeze some once I had opened it! Well, I have learnt for next time.. lol

I have also put my pottles of yoghurt in the freezer so I can just scrape off what I need instead of wasting so much. Also adds that coolness which I am craving as it is still really warm here (just started Autumn)
