I cut mine in half length-wise and placed in cut side down on a baking sheet. I cooked it at 350 for about 45 minutes. Then I take a fork and pull out the insides-it come off like spaghetti strands. I am definitely going to try it with chili sometime.

I Poke Holes In Mine And Put It In The Micro Wave For About 10-12 Minutes And Then When You Take It Out Of The Micro Just Be Careful When Splitting It Cause It Will Be Piping Hot!!!
