Sometimes I use it in place of spaghetti and use it with the sauce. That way and just buttered is all that I have tried.

Here Is A Great Idea So You Can Also Get Your Protein In. Is Make A Real Nice Meat Sauce. I Used Extra Lean Chop Meat Or Turkey Or Chicken Chop Meat And I Make It Real Real Thick With Meat!!! Almost Like A Chili. Or Hey Use Chili With It Too. Yum

I Love Spaghetti Squash And Will Never Need Real Spaghetti Again!!!!!!!!!
