Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | 1/4 Cup Lemon Juice 1 Tblspoon Olive oil or Veg. oil 1/4 Tsp salt 1/4 Tsp pepper 2 Cloves Garlic, finely chopped 4 Halibut Steaks, about 1 inch thick (about 2 pounds) 1/4 Cup Chopped Fresh Parsley 1 Tblspoon grated lemon peel 1. Brush grill rack with veg oil, heat coals or gas grill for direct heat, Mix lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper and garlic in shallow glass or plastic dish or resealable plastic food storage bag, add fish turn several times to coat. Cover dish or seal bag and refrigerate 10 mins. 2. Remove fish from marinade, reserve marinade, cover and grill fish over medium heat 10 - 15 mins, turning once and brushing with marinade until fish flakes easily with a fork. Discard any remaining marinade 3. Sprinkle fish with parsley and lemon peel. 4 Servings Calories 175, Fat 4g, Carb. 1g, protein 34g

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | 3 - 4 pound beef boneless sirloin tip roast 1 - 2 tblspoons olive oil or veg. oil 1 envelope (0.7 ounce) Italian dressing mix 1. If using charcoal grill, place drip pan directly under grilling area, arrange coals around edge of firebox, heat coals or gas grill for indirect heat 2. Brush beef with oil; sprinkle evenly with dressing mix (dry). Insert barbeque meat thermometer so tip is in the thickest part of the beef 3. Cover and grill beef over drip pan or over unheated side of gas grill over medium heat 1 hour and 30 mins - 2 hours or until thermometer reads 140 degrees. Cover beef with aluminum foil and let stand about 15 mins or until thermometer read 145 degrees, (Temp will continue to rise about 5 degrees and beef will be easier to carve. 12 - 14 servings Calories 135 Fat 5g Carb. 0 Protein 23g
