Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Lemon - Dijon Dressing (below) 4 Cups shredded romaine lettuce 2 Cups shredded cooked chicken breasts 1/4 cup sliced drained oil packed sun dried tomatoes 1 hard cooked egg, chopped 2 med green onions, sliced (2 tbls) 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese, if desired 1. Make Lemon - Dijon Dressing 1/4 cup reduced - fat mayonnaise or salad dressing 2 tbls lemon juice 2 tsps dijon mustard 1 clove garlic, finely chopped Beat all ingredients in a small bowl with wire whisk Arrange lettuce, chicken, tomatoes and egg on individual serving plates, spoon dressing over the top, sprinkle with onions and cheese. 4 servings calories 220 carb 6g fiber 2g protein 24g sat fat 2g There are some other benefits to this dish with other nutrients: Vit A 10% Vit C 14% Calcium 4% Iron 8%
