Prep time: 15 minutes Ingredients 11/2 cups plain fat-free or low-fat yogurt 1 tablespoon curry powder 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger 11/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and cut into 1/2-inch cubes 3 celery stalks, diced 1/2 small red onion, diced 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro Salt and freshly ground black pepper Instructions Whisk together yogurt, curry powder, and ginger in a large mixing bowl. Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | I just made this chicken salad recipe and had some inside a hollowed out tomato. It was BANGIN' (really good). The curry adds a very nice flavor that offsets the sourness of the yogurt. I LOVE it. Thanks again, Boots, for the recipe.
