Exclamation In need of a birthday cake recipe...

My husband is 2 months post-op, and we are celebrating our daughter's 3rd birthday next weekend. He says not to worry about it, he just won't have cake, but I'd so much rather find something that we can all enjoy and not feel guilty about! Any ideas? Thanks!

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I know 3 year olds don't like this... but for some other time, Kim's SF pecan pie recipe was my 'birthday cake' and my husband loved it too!

I've thought that when we need to celebrate birthdays from now on I will just buy enough cupcakes so there's one for each person. Thay way, I won't have the temptation around the house but we can still have "birthday cake".
