Default “Smoothie Bible”

“The Smoothie Bible” (Multiple/Compiled Smoothie recipes- )

Here’s quite a few compiled from many folks over the last few years.

Sort of the “Smoothie Bible!”
I haven’t had but about 5 of these but they all came with the recommendation of some one.

I rarely had them. When I did, I mostly just used
Protein powder in some skim milk with a few hunks of
Frozen banana or some SF pudding or oatmeal added.
I’m not a fan of “sweet tasting” things.
But some are—
You can also (I assume) substitute another protein powder for another.
Some do involve soda so just skip those
If your doc says that you can’t have them....
Enjoy!...

Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Default many thanks for the smoothie recipes

Thanks for the "Bible" of smoothie recipes. I am 3 weeks post op RNY and finding that my taste buds have changed and am now having trouble with the taste of the protein powder that I have been using. These recipes will hopefully help mask the taste for me.

I freeze mine and eat it like ice cream in the morning! I use the peanut butter banana one, and I found a fat free/sugar free chocolate peanut butter powder and man is it good! I hated that oily/greasy taste when I was using the other peanut butter.
