WOW!!
tonight i opened a stakist tuna herb& garlic creation(13grams of protein per 1/4c) which had its oil already in it, so i didn't need to add mayo to moisten...

on the back of the package was an idea i tried:

dice tomatoes & crumble cheddar cheese into the tuna.....
mmmmmmmmmmmmm...........
next time i'm gonna try it with feta cheese!!!!

simple things that make ya say ahhhhhhhh...

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

LOLOL...I love those lil packets of the flavored tuna. THe are so quick and easy and really taste great! Good thing for me, because I was always a tuna eater before surgery and that is the one thing that I still tolerate post op!

I LOVED tuna pre-op and right after surgery, I couldn't tolerate it. I've tried it recently and do a little better with it, but it doesn't taste as good as it used to....not sure why? I haven't tried the flavors, so I'll have to check it out. The feta cheese idea sounds HEAVENLY!!! I love feta cheese....

Silly girl....glad you enjoyed the tuna. How about cilantro, tomatoes, diced avocado, diced onions. Mix with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, salt to taste if needed. I put it into a hollowed out Tomatoe. YUMMY!
