Default Apricot Sesame Biscotti

For our need to crunch....

1/2 cup white all purpose flour
1 tsp low sodium baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
2 tbsp grated orange peel
2 tbsp sesame seeds , toasted
2 eggs
2 egg whites
1/2 cup dried apricot halves , finely chopped

Directions 1 Mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda, brown sugar, orange rind, and sesame seeds. Combine eggs and egg whites and mix into flour mixture until smooth. Add in dried apricots.
2 Form dough on greased baking sheets into 4 slightly flattened rolls, 1 1/2 inches in diameter. Bake at 350 degrees F 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Let rest on wire racks until cool. Slice into 1/2 inch thick bars. Lay slices, cut side down on an ungreased baking sheet.
3 Bake cookies again at 350 degrees F 7 to 10 minutes per side, until golden. Let cool.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.
