7 Tbsp of Heinz Ketchup
2 Tsp of Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 cup of yellow mustard

Directions:
Brown and crumble Ground turkey mix in remaining ingredients serve on buns or use as a dip for low fat chips Makes 7 sandwiches

May I suggest using SF ketchup (yep, there is such a thing!) to reduce the carbs and sugar a bit more?
