Actually, this one is still in the crockpot, but it smells good, and the glaze tastes good, so I'm assuming ...
Get one ham, as big as will fit in your pot. This one is 9.6 pounds, and just barely fit into our 6-quart crockpot without surgical assistance.
I didn't measure the next four ingredients, but this estimate'll get you close enough to walk.
3/4 cup spicy brown mustard
1/4 - 1/2 cup Splenda brown sugar
1/2 - 1 teaspoon ground cloves
1 tablespoon minced garlic
I mixed these four last night and let them get friendly in the fridge for a few hours, then I painted the ham with the glaze, covered it and let it marinate in the fridge overnight.
This morning I put it in the crockpot on low. I figure it'll go 8 hours or so. (I actually left it in closer to 10 hours, but it could have come out a bit earlier.) Use a meat thermometer to tell when it's done.
About halfway through its cooking cycle I used the remaining glaze on it.
I'll report on the results tonight. If you see this post disappear, you can figure it didn't work out as well as I think it will!
