Question Instant breakfast mix?

Anyone have a good recipe for an instant breakfast mix? SF preferred, chocolate would be wonderful! It's getting darned hard to find SF Carnation anymore, and the price is climbing on what is available.

Thanks!

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Lightbulb Never mind!!

I did a quick search and found these. Anyone know any others? As I searched, I found some of these multiple times in an assortment of websites, each claiming it as their own! I won't lie - I stole these, but too many folks claim authorship to prove anything!

I haven't tried it yet, but my plan is to enrich my milk by adding non-fat dry milk and 1 serving of Moo Magic milk mix. Moo Magic is a sugar free milk flavoring that has added vitamins and minerals. I calculated that if I add 1/4 C. of non-fat dry milk mix and 1 serving of Moo Magic to 1 Cup of skim milk, I would get 165 calories, .4 g of fat, 23.3 carbs (all the natural sugar in the milk), and 15.6 grams of protein. Also, that would include all the extra vitamins from the Moo Magic.

Moo Magic is only 5 calories per serving and comes in chocolate malt, banana, vanilla, bubble gum, and strawberry flavors.

Peanut looked at both recipes, pointed to the second one and said that we were going to experiment with that one. SFCIB is going for about a buck a package, we can for darned sure make something at least as good for less than that!!

Why don't you play with it, and we'll play with it, and we'll see if together we can develop the best IB mix ever tasted!!
