Default How my dinner went.

My friend that has bypass 3 years ago was here for dinner today. It went great. I am so encouraged seeing her.We have been friends for over 40 yrs and now we live far apart so I dont get to see her much. She looks wonderful and is so happy.. anyway this is what I fixed and she loved it. low fat and delicious!!!! I made a big pan because this is what everyone ate

bonless/skinless chicken breast cut into 4 oz pieces and slightly pounded

1/2 package fine egg noodles

1 red pepper
1yellow pepper
1 orange pepper
1 green pepper
1 small zuchini
1 onion
all cut up in pieces

1 can ff cream mushroom soup
1 can fire roasted diced tomatoes

season chic pieces and brown in skillet, remove to plate and add vegetalbes to skillet and saute.

spray cassarole pan with pam and add cooked noodles, top with browned chicken and vegetable

mix soup and tomatoes and pour over all, cook 350 for 1 hour covered

some ate the noodles some did not. everyone loved it..

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Congrats on the wonderful dinner. I'm sure the even also gave you insight to the future, and that you can eat anything so long as you do it wisely, so there's no need to mourn the loss.
