Lightbulb Bread? We don't need no ...

Jimmy John's #9 Italian Night Club Unwich - real Genoa salami, Italian capicola, smoked ham, and provolone cheese all topped with lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, and our homemade Italian vinaigrette, topped with hot peppers!

(An Unwich uses a large lettuce leaf as a wrapper instead of bread.)

M-m-m-m-m-m-m good!!! It's making my mouth happy as I'm sharing it with you!

Think you could do something like this at home?

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Looks good, sounds good!

I actually had a woman who works with my mom tell me about 2 mos ago "well I was told I needed THAT surgery but they said I couldn't eat BREAD and I so I said I can't give up bread!"

My mom and I just looked at each other...and when she left the room my DAUGHTER said.."well THERE's a reason to not have the surgery for sure" LOLOLOL..

Bread is not OUR staff of life for sure!

and yes you can do bread, eventually...but it's so much more fun to do all these much more creative, high protein things!!!!

That looks great!!!!
I like it that places are trying to do better, even KFC has one now!
I have been ordering with out bread or in a bowl like at Taco Bell when I do eat "fast food" items. It is a way to eat out with my friends and still have a "healthy meal".
Just put mine in a bowl please with out the shell...etc

Thanks for sharing....think I might have to have a JJ this weekend!

Subway can make any sandwich as a salad, too.

Dang that looks dreamy. I have often ordered my favorite subs on a salad (You SURE you want the meatballs in a salad, Ma'am??)

Out here in the West we have "In-N-Out" hamburgers. Tourists ask for it by name. Their menu is very simple: 3 burgers, fries, shakes, and fountain drinks. But there is a cult following of their "hidden menu".

One of those is "protein style", which is my favorite, and not to be eaten while driving. LOL It is any of their burgers with all the fixin's wrapped in HUGE iceberg lettuce leaves. I don't know where the heck they go year round for lettuce like that, but when lettuce was going for 5 bucks a head a couple seasons ago, I was going to In N Out. LOL

Sadly, In N Out is family owned (not the sad part) and the family is feuding over the future of the chain (the sad part). I don't think it will be the same after the dust settles.
