Came across this the other day and thought it might be easily adaptable for most of us. I haven't tried it yet but I may today. I'll post how it came out
makes 2 servings
1/2 cup plain or vanilla NF yogurt
1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
1 Tblsp raisings
1/8 tsp ground cinn
1 tsp brown (or white) sugar of course you can use whatever sweetner you want I know spenda has a SF brown sugar too.
1 TBlsp nuts or crunchy cereal
Directions combine all ingreients in a small bowl and mix well.
cover and refidgerate until well chilled
Eat
nutritional info for 1 Serving (1 cup)
of course this may change if you use greek yogurt and the carbs will be lower if you use artificial sweetner instead of sugar.
