Default Lentil Soup- pretty good

Try this one out- it's great and full of protein!

1 pkg lentils
1 small onion
1 medium russet potato
2 large carrots
2 tbs. olive oil
2 tsp. minced garlic
4 cubes vegetable or beef boullion
4 cups water

-Put lentils in a pot and soak overnight

1 hr before eating:
-Drain & rinse lentils in colander and put back in pot with the water and boullion.
-Saute finely chopped onion in oil until soft. Add garlic.
-Shred potato and carrot and add to onions. Cook approx. 3 minutes.
-Add veggies in with lentils and simmer approx. 30-45 minutes.

You may want to add salt and cracked pepper to it before eating.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.
