Default Salsa Meat Loaf

2 lbs ground chuck
1 large size jar chunky salsa
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
handful of shredded fat-free cheddar cheese
1 cup oatmeal

Mix together ground beef, salsa, oatmeal, salt, and pepper.

Place in casserole dish.

Cook on 350°F for one hour. Ten minutes before removing from

oven, sprinkle top with cheese and bake until cheese is
bubbly and lightly browned.

My husband used ground turkey since after WLS ground beef is too greasy and makes me very sick. I found this recipe at Cooks.com this is not my recipe but it is very very yummy and low-cal/low-fat if you use ground turkey instead of ground beef. I also had my husband use mozzarella cheese instead of cheddar cheese.
I can't tell the difference between ground beef and ground turkey taste wise but my pouch can.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

This sounds a lot like my meat loaf cups. I take a muffin pan and fill each cup almost full of hamburger meat seasoned as you like mixed with 1 box of stovetop stuffin then take a spoon and push a whole in the middle of each one and fill it will chuncky salsa and sprinkle cheese on top bake for 30 minutes. They are delicious.
