Lightbulb Fried Meat Loaf

Much more than a burger, similar to a meat loaf, but fried (or grilled), not baked in a loaf pan.

Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
˝ onion, diced fine
2 stalks celery, diced fine
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
2 eggs
6-8 RyKrisp crackers, made into crumbs in the food processor

Toss it all in a bowl and mix it thoroughly. Form into serving size patties, let them set awhile to firm up and then fry or grill until done. (If you grill, take care because these patties will be very fragile until one side is done. You might want to cool them in the freezer awhile just to stiffen them up a bit for handling.)

Note: If you have access to it, Korean BBQ sauce makes a great substitute for the soy and teriyaki sauces.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Sounds good, I will have to try that. I always freeze burgers anymore before grilling. Makes it so much easier.

Thanks CT!
