8 HONEY MAID Honey Grahams, finely crushed (about 1-1/3 cups)

6 Tbsp. SPLENDAŽ No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated, divided

3 Tbsp. margarine, melted

1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Fat Free Cream Cheese, softened

1 1/2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Sugar Free Whipped Topping

1 cup sliced fresh strawberries

3 kiwi (1/2 lb.), peeled, sliced

HEAT oven to 375şF.

MIX graham crumbs, 2 Tbsp. SPLENDAŽ Granulated Sweetener and margarine until well blended; press onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate. Bake 8 to 10 min. or until lightly browned; cool completely.
BEAT cream cheese and remaining SPLENDAŽ Granulated Sweetener in medium bowl with mixer until well blended. Gently stir in COOL WHIP; spoon into crust. Refrigerate 3 hours.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I've made this in the past - when I was on Atkins and didn't pay any attention to fat grams. It's pretty good but I think I would make it be a special treat only, like a birthday cake and then I would have to have just 1/2 serving which is a sliver. I wonder how a regular cheesecake compares? If I'm going to only eat a sliver, I think I'll have the real thing.

Someone at work made SF banana pudding for my birthday a couple weeks ago. It was the first time I ate anything substantial that was not good for me. I realized that there are plenty of things you CAN eat, but they are also things you probably shouldn't eat. It just leaves you wanting more! Sounds yummy and would be good if you were entertaining though!

I make real cheesecake also. I use Splenda and fat free cream cheese. And for the butter, I use butter substitute. Then, I still only eat a sliver...and it is SO good.

I haven't had this one, but I do have an old WW recipe for cheesecake. I think it would be lighter and less calories but maybe not as creamy/tasty. I recall it being "airy." I will look it up and post it.
