I will try this for sure, I make one for my son that we call fluff salad and it's pretty much just like this with the exception that instead of cottage cheese you use marshmallows, this is much more WLS friendly. Thanks for sharing!

| Gosh this sounds soooo good! I probably won't get to try it for some time to come but I have a question..... Can the natural sugars in the fruit cause a person to dump? |

Judi, probably so for some, I have been buying pineapple that has splenda in it and no sugar added peaches and fruit cocktail and haven't had a problem with that so far. Now watermelon hurts me big time if I eat some, but it's so good right now that I eat just a little taste and I'm good to go.

| LMAO... Are you sure you want to post a recipe with the word "dump" in it? That made me laugh! The recipe sounds good though!

I have this recipe too. Awesome!! I have added other fruit at times to and also have added some unsweetened coconut. Have also used different flavors of jello, such as strawberry...then put strawberries in it. You can do so many things with this recipe.

| Made a batch this morning and just had a little now, it's really good!
And I think adding different fruits is a good idea, I'll have to give strawberries a try next time. |

And if you want a little crunch, you can add some chopped nuts of some kind.
