Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Yummy desert/snack- Orange Dump Salad!
I love this for my evening snack, but this would also be good to take to a picnic as a desert. Enjoy!!

1 box Jello sugar free orange gelatin
1 sm container fat free small curd cottage cheese
1 sm can mandarin oranges (drained)
1 can crushed pineapple (drained)
1 sm container fat free Cool Whip

-Drain canned fruit. In bowl, combine cottage cheese with Jello, stir until mixed. Add fruit, Cool Whip. Mix and refrigerate for at least 1 hr before serving.

Peanut's Pink Stuff is similar in principle, too. What color do you want the results? That'll determine what type of Jello you use.

You can mix jelly/jello mix and ricotta cheese together to make a high protein, sugar free, how calorie cheesecake. Very yummy indeed.

Make up 2 satchets of jelly, mix in about 500g of light ricotta cheese and pour into small bowls or jelly cups, about 1/2 cup size, and set in the fridge. Should make about 8 to 10.

A 100g serving would yield about 6g of protein and 60 calories (depending on the light ricotta). Sugar free jelly/jello (Australia it's called jelly) is about 5 calories per 100g.

And if you had some light cream, a teaspoon size would still keep it the calories under 100, and be an extra gram or two of protein.
