Default WW Cheese Cake Recipe

This is a recipe I made years ago. It does NOT taste "just like a real cheesecake." However, when you look at the ingredients you will see it is VERY LOW CALORIE and you can slice berries or put fresh pineapple on top.... It can be a tasty treat even in the "soft food" stage for our Newbies. So, keep an open mind and give it a try.

20 oz unsweetened crushed pineapple
2 packets unflavored gelatin
1/2 C boiling water
3 pks Sweet and Low (Any kind would probably be ok)
2 t vanilla
2 t lemon juice
1/2 t butter extract
1 1/3 C dry instant milk

Spoon, by spoon remove pineapple from can with the juice that comes with each spoonful. Remaining juice in the can can be discarded.Dissolve the gelatin in the boiling water. Blend all ingrediens for 2 minutes (I think I put all of this in a blender.)
Slowly add in dry milk, blend til smooth.
Pour into a 9" pie plate, sprinkle nutmeg, cinnamon, or unsweetened cocoa on top.
Fresh fruit can also be served with it.Refridgerate.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Thanks so much for this recipe! trying to be creative on week 2. Even if I don't try this yet, I will definitely file it for future use.

I have not made any desserts of anykind like this. I get now 7 teaspoons of food. I hoped to kind of stay from these things. Do you have to include with your "food rations" or this in addition to later?

I work on protein but I don't come near the 60 g. I have to start adding 4 oz protein shakes.

As you move further out, I think I am 7 months? you can eat a little more and drink water more quickly. Take it day by day.
I,too, still struggle with all the protein requirements. It is always on my mind.
I am going to start mixing whey powder with lactose free milk and just drink it... gulp gulp... I think a scoop in 1/2 C....if I can, 2 scoops in 1/2 C milk.. ugh. But, I didn't do all of this NOT to be successful. I have 29lb til Onederland and I truly hope to arrive there.
