I found mine at Wal-Mart. It is by the regular honey around the peanut butter and jelly. Usually all the way on the top shelf. I haven't found it anywhere else but I haven't checked many places. Good Luck! BTW....It makes a very good marinaded for chicken and shrimp. I put equal parts sf honey and low sodium soy sauce. I did boneless skinless chicken thighs on the grill Yum Yum!

In Support Group we were also told about
low sugar ketchup (Heinz)
Peter Pan Peanut Butter 1/3 less sugar "whipped"
We saw a package for Little Delites..an ice cream type product 14 calories each!!
I never find these things but Thurs I am going out hunting again.

What about a brand for BBQ sauce. Most of the ones I have seen are so high in sugar for just 2 TBLSP..or does anyone have a recipe for a homemade BBQ sauce?

Um.... I have one I made, I'll have to see if I can find it again. I seem to remember that it was basically low-sugar ketchup, liquid smoke, Splenda, and.... I dunno, spices.
Here's one that might be it:
1/2 Bottle of Low or No Sugar Ketchup
Splash of Liquid Smoke
1/4 Cup of Splenda
3 Tbsp of Worcestershire Sauce
2 Cloves of Garlic or 4 tsp of Powered
1 tsp of Salt
1 tsp of Pepper
1 tsp of White Pepper
