Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery. Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.
Oh CT will be a good one to ask about that. He is our crock pot king. lol Have your tried the search feature here? I bet you would find a lot of them there.

A 10 second search of the Recipes sub-forum (search term "crockpot") will give you 33 recipes, of which I was surprised to see that about half were mine! I just gotta get out of that rut and explore a few new techniques!!
BTW - the search term "crock pot" picked up 31, some of which are probably duplicates.

My favorite is salsa/chicken, I prefer boneless thighs. 6 - 12 pieces, your favorite salsa, I prefer roasted tomato salsa by Safeway. Slow cook, al cookers are different, I add sliced mushrooms... I use to serve it over rice, but now I sauté shredded cabbage and serve the chicken and mushrooms over the cabbage.
My favorite is so easy. A nice tip roast 3-4 pounds. I cut off any fat and pop it in the crock-pot and add a jar of mild Giardiniera Peppers ( hot is too hot for me) and let it cook for 10 hours on high. Check it about 1/2 to 3/4 through and using 2 forks shredd it up and let it cook more all in the juice. These make fantastic sandwhiches on rolls. That is how my family eats it. I eat it just the meat on a plate (it is very tasty and soft) and some veggies. LOVE IT... It is really good for company - its easy and can stay on low for quite awhile and ready to eat.
