Default Boy did I fall....

OFF THE WAGON!! Geesh, this is one for the record books- today started off ok, I was actually able to RUN on the treadmill today. I continue to get compliments about my weight loss- I even get tired of always talking about myself. I did well with food today..until I got home and fell right into that thing. I grazed, then I ate, then I grazed some more. I had a mini-burrito with a few tortilla strips, a few animal crackers, then a few more chips. Then I had the audacity to have a short nap. Now I'm paying for it, reflux, heartburn and general distress, which I'm contemplating fixing with a little snack! Holy crapola, when I go South, I do it all the way. What the heck??

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I did that one day last week. It made me realize I need to pay more attention to my emotional eating issues.

Tomorrow's another day, you'll do better!!

Tomorrow's a new day.
I would say my biggest hurdle right now is grazing. I've realized that I spend too much time in my kitchen.
Just get back to the basics, drink the water, eat the protein, and don't beat yourself up about faltering.
Hang in there!

I think that grazing is not taht bad, as long as you graze on good things. Fruits or veggies are okay. I think of my stomach and metabolism like a fire, once you get it started you dont want to wait for it to die down then throw some wood on there. You want to put a peice on there as its going good in order to maintain that burn.

I graze throughout the day, I eat apple slices, a banana, nuts, some chips and salsa and cheeses. Nothing high in carbs eveything relatively low carb and low calorie and low in sugar. I work in a place that keeps our snack room stocked full of bad stuff like granola bars, cookies, candy and just bad bad things. I always eat the healthy stuff.

Hang in there and if your hungry eat some grapes or one of those wax covered cheese ball things or even drink a hefty glass or crystal light or water!

Pick yourself up, dust your hands off, tomorrow is another day.
Whenever you find yourself wanting to put something in your mouth, drink some water first. Or, go out for a brisk walk.

It is best to keep grazing out of your life, because these calories can add up without realizing how much. If you tend to graze, keep a food journal to make sure you have your food intake under control. Quite often, it's not the n\meal intake that brings you down, it's the mindless grazing in between.

It's tough, but you can do this (((HUGS)))
