| Granola?
I was wondering if anyone had a recipe for making granola...
I know my sister once accidentally made something similar by making oatmeal cookies and forgetting the egg, lol, so I might try that using Splenda for the sugar.
Of course, low / no sugar is best. I have SF honey and Splenda and Truvia, so I'm covered on my sweeteners.

May be a good one here. Or you could try this one. Instead of brown sugar use the Splenda blend, and Wal-Mart has the SF honey.
Enjoy!

I make 5 minute granola all the time. It's super simple.
One cup oats
seeds, fruit, nuts, anything you wanna throw in.
I always do sesame, sunflower and flax seeds, hazlenuts, almonds, and raisons.
1 Tbs butter
2 Tbs honey
pinch of salt and cinnamon
Put everything in a pan over medium high heat and mix it up. Let it cook up for 5 minutes or so stirring it around every now and then. Spread it out on a cookie sheet to cool and you're good to go! It's so good!

It's so good! | Are these quick oat? Regular? Steel cut? Since it only cooks 5 minutes I'm guessing quick oats...
