So my go to food
1-avacado diced
1-cucumber seeded/peeled and diced
1-tomato seeded/diced
1-jalapeno seeded/diced
1/2 lb cooked/ peeled/diced
Leaves of cilantro diced to taste
If citrus is tolerated juice of 4 limes

4 oz gives 16 protein.

So far no gas.

i make this similar to the way you make it, except I omit the avocado, and I add tabasco sauce to the ceviche...I also add A LOT more lemon/lime...I like it juicy. I had some today, it was delish and my tummy handled it well.

im not patty, lol, but I use salad shrimp...theyre already deviened, peeled, cooked, etc. Sometimes I throw in a can of baby clams.

Sorry, yes shrimp! I use raw and sauteed in cilantro stems, garlic, cumin and some lime zest. Or if lazy just garlic and hot oil. Options are mango, red peppers, jicama zuchini unlimited really.

You can use whatever sea food you do like. But if you use a filet of some sort, you will have to poach it and wait for it to cool before you flake it and add it to the rest of the ingredients.
