Talking PB2 Peanut Butter Balls/PB2choco balls

Hi all,
So I saw the Peanutbutter ball recipe on here had to throw mine out there. I saw PB2 on Dr Oz and actually love baking with it. PB2 is peanuts roasted then pressed to remove oils. You reconstitute with water. Some eat like Peanut Butter I love it baking. The also have one with Cocoa added for chocolate Peanutbutter. It can be found in some natural food grocery stores or cheaper on Amazon.

Recipe:
4 Cups Cereal - I used Kix (you can use any, Leave whole or shoot through food processor{my stomach won't tolerate whole})
10 Tblspn PB2 or Chocolate PB2
1 cup Protein ( I use Isopure)
mix
5 Tblspn Water
1 cup SF syrup (I used SF Mrs butterworth)
mix
You can also add nuts if you want the nutrition facts below do not reflect any
Drop in 1 Tblspn balls onto wax paper, chill

Makes aprx 30 balls

Each ball has 40 cal, 4.5 protein, .5 sugar, .4 fat... works great for my pouch and snacks.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Have you ever heard of a recipe for peanut butter balls made with ricotta cheese? A long time ago when I was first diagnosed with diabetes I made them and they were awesome and now I can 't find the recipe. GRRRR.
