Roux en Y Gastric Bypass
Default Chicken and Cheese in the Crock pot

2 boneless skinless chicken breast
1 Can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Can of Broccoli and Cheese Soup


Put this in the crock pot with your favorite spices and cook for a few hours,

then chop up the chicken, and add 1/2 cup of your favorite shredded cheese

Let simmer on low for a few more hours

Serve it up

Nutrition Info for 3/4 cup serving (values are from myfittnesspal.com so I am not sure how accurate this is)

Fat: 7.8g
Carbs: 3.1g
Protein: 33g (this one has me curious but idk)
Calories: 224 (seems like a lot)
