Alright I have been slacking ladies. I have been busy with my son. Here is my suggestion. I hated protein shakes until I went to the gym and the guy there turned me on to one. You do have to take five minutes to mix it yourself but well worth it and its very filling.
Shelley's protein shake
8 oz Hood's Calorie Countdown Chocolate Milk
1 banana
1 scoop ON 100% Whey Gold Standard protein vanilla ice cream flavored
(can be bought at GNC for $19.99 for a container that gives you 32 scoops)
4-6 ice cubes
Blend all together in the blender and voila! A delicious protein shake without the gritty taste. It is very smooth and filling. And you get 32 gms of protein in one shake!

they sell this milk at the grocery store though i think the name has changed twice since this post. in addition, my grocery store no longer carries it so it may be discontinued in some areas. check the dairy section in your local grocery

Yes the name has changed too here. But we had a spell of about 2 weeks and I couldnt get it anywhere. WEll now its back and I drink one of these protiens shakes every day. I love it and it helps me with my potassium which was low since i add the banana. Love Shellys protien shake.
Oh and around here I find the milk at either Wegmans or Walmart Super Stores.

Are you talking about the Hood Carlorie Coutdown stuff? they had a name change at some point last year or so. But its called either Calorie Countdown or Carb countdown. I use to buy the chocolate one.
I know Kenya has been recently buying it at her local grocery stores.
I was able to get it at the super walmarts but I havent bought any in a long time.
Just havent been doing the shakes. But good luck.
